Great game - poor advancement mechanics

This is an awesome game but it is so frustrating to because of the mechanics. You can only have one building upgraded at a time, only one character training at a time and the amount of time is ridiculously long unless you want to buy a lot of gold.

Charge $10 for the game and make it playable please
